Salary: Grade C - £24,790 - £25,584 FTE (This will be paid pro-rata to reflect hours and weeks worked)

Orchard Vale Community School are seeking an Early Years Teaching Assistant for a fixed term post to start as soon as all recruitment checks are complete.
You will need to be enthusiastic, patient, calm, flexible and able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team. You will join our professional and skilled team of Teachers and Teaching Assistants in this highly positive learning environment.
The school requires an individual who is:
Calm, nurturing and open minded and can improve the outcomes for children
Can make the curriculum both exciting and enticing whilst personalising it to the individual needs of the child to overcome the barriers to learning
Has the ability and initiative to work with independence and is flexible to work as part of the school staff team and the wider community of professionals
This is a fixed term position working 21.25 hours per week (Monday to Friday), 39 weeks per annum, until 31st August 2025.
